Jennifer leads the on-going research and development of new assessments for hiring and development, surveys, and unique measurement.
She is intensely focused on delighting our Customers with practical solutions that strengthen employee engagement and business results. Her leadership keeps Corvirtus on the forefront of hiring and culture-building products.

Jennifer stays in front of the latest advances in the fields of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Psychometrics, and insures compliance with the latest legal and EEOC requirements.
Prior to Corvirtus, Jennifer conducted management research and taught MBA and undergraduate students as a business school professor. She studies and writes about Engagement, Culture, Hiring Practices, and Healthcare. Her Senior Professional in Human Resources certificate indicates her interest in strategic aspects of talent management.
Jennifer earned her PhD at Bowling Green State University’s nationally ranked Industrial-Organizational Psychology program. Prior to graduate school she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Highest Honors from Purdue University.
She has coached and consulted with organizations on Performance Management Systems, Large Scale Surveys, Patient Care, and Focus Group Research.
Jennifer serves on the Board of Directors of Sunny Vista Living, a rehabilitation and long-term care facility in Colorado Springs and also contributes to Hire Heroes, a non-profit organization that helps veterans transition to the civilian workforce.
